Last of the Oldies

Man, it's amazing what body recomp can do. Like i've stated before I will probably always have a little bit of the lower belly fat no matter what I do, but it's really cool to see the difference in 3 years. I'm really happy that fitness isn't linear. There's so many ups and downs. Bodies are really weird. I'm in a bit of a down phase atm but that's okay. I know it's gonna come back up at some point!
