Fate-In Time's update is almost done, but I have a test first thing tomorrow morning and don't want to rush the ending because of last-minute test anxiety. Therefore the update will be sometime tomorrow.
As for the 2 update thing above, it's exactly as it sounds. I have some free time next week and should be able to post a second update of whatever story

The big update everyone votes for will still be on the Sunday that I use as a free day to write.
During the week, I will invest some time on a smaller update on another story and build up on them such that they have sufficient content. In doing so, if the other stories get popular enough with the smaller updates, they could get voted in for the bigger Sunday up...

Starts Tuesday, but I get Sundays off.
There's going to be a revamp on a new Naruto crossover to give some life back into that general area. I actually enjoy Naruto but never get to write it, hopefully this new idea turns out well. Be sure to give feed back on the first chapter that comes out.

Spectrophotometry is the one I'm most concerned with. Afterwards, I will resume with my two updates a week for the rest of the winter break so at least then I can update my stories more frequently
