I couldn't properly decide on whether her arm should be there or not for the social media post, so here's both of them!

I settled on the one with the arm.

Coco 01 + Bonus

I was actually already planning to draw Coco Bandicoot since about a month and a half ago. It was very convenient timing that a hashtag popped up on Twitter the same week that I was already going to post it.

3D Asura Project Update

Just a quick visual update on something I've been working on.

This will eventually become Takke, and with a bit of care it could probably be Kuzi as well. As you may notice, it's still pretty early, but I'm very happy with the shapes and form, and I'm just in the process of merging the individual pieces of this mannequin together to make it look less like a segmented doll. After that I'll add some light detailing and give it a nice texture.

July Illustrations

I uploaded all the individual pictures this time, as I realise there's not really a limit to the amount of things you can add to a post.

Takke 11 + Bonus

Canonically, Takke would own and wear the two-piece swimsuit, but I wanted to at least draw her in a more Asuran one-piece swimsuit too, so here's that, and also the nude one as a byproduct.

Marina 01 + Bonus

I've wanted to draw her for a good while now, just had to find an opening in my schedule!

I didn't realize going in to this illustration that she'd be a complete gauntlet of rendering practice. I can appreciate that, however, and I'll probably draw her again in future when I'm more confident in my current shading techniques.

It's been a while since I've drawn Kelvei. I suppose I just couldn't think of a scenario for her. These doodles give me a good opportunity to revisit these characters though!

I wanted to get a drawing out on my Twitter and Newgrounds as quickly as possible this week, to capitalise on that juicy new character hype,  and I've since gone back and finished up the nude variant for you folk. Enjoy!

I was waiting to see who would win the Poll this month, and it turned out to be Midna by the slimmest of margins, so here's a quick Midna doodle as a Thank You for this month's pledge!

Naturally there will also be a more polished Midna Illustration hopefully before the end of June.

I presume that Renamon will likely run it back and win next month's Poll. We shall see!

May Illustrations

That was a busy month for me. I'm glad that I managed to finish the animation within a two week deadline, so that gives me hope for making animations in future.

I'd like to attempt some more 3D work this month, such as modelling a new character, and progressing with the Tiskka animation rig. I'll keep you folk up to date with any significant progress I make!

Elora 03 + Bonus

Here is the Elora, with a small variation included, as voted!

I tried a few different things as far as inking and shading. I'm pretty happy with the results, but I think I'll need to tweak the brush that I made a little.

Yokko 10 Animation

I finally finished up the animation of Yokko! I figured I'd release this one a day early for you folk here, as it's been done for over a day already, and I've fixed a few small things I'd noticed since, so it's hopefully as done as it's ever going to be.

I'll release it publicly tomorrow on Twitter and Newgrounds.

Next piece from me will be an Illustration of Elora, as voted! I've got a sketch of Kindred too, so I'll get to work on that one as soon as I'm able to.

Yokko 10 Animation WIP

I've been spending this week working on an animation of Yokko and the tentacle she's been negotiating with for the last few illustrations. It's actually very nearly complete, and I've finished drawing all the frames, but it's going to take me a few more days of work to clean it up, colour it and give it some background decoration.

I'd wanted to draw a Snake Lady for a while, and XCOM finally gave me a good reason to. I didn't draw her in many clothes anyway, but please enjoy the alternate version where she's actually nude.

So it seems we ended up with another tie in my Poll between Elora and Kindred. Again, I could use the data I have at hand to settle the dispute, but why split hairs when I can just draw both. They're on the Poll because I wanted to draw them anyway.

April Illustrations

Here's the monthly collection of my Illustrations, with all of the variations included!

Hornet 01 + Bonus

Here's the collection of Hornet Illustrations I made this week. I've been playing a lot of Hollow Knight for the first time recently and I adore the little chuckle she does during her fight.

I envisioned her here with a layer of carapace style armour, which I thought looked pretty cool.

Naturally I left her abdomen exposed because I'm a smut artist. Also she probably values her flexibility? Lets go with that excuse.

Project Update for Tiskka 3D

I finally had some time to work on the 3D models I had hinted at a while ago, and I've been making decent progress on my first proper project.

Realistically I want to make quite a few different models, but I'm pretty nervous about the actual modelling of the character, so whilst I want to get around to a 3D Asura eventually, and actually have tried to make a few Asura models before, I need to ease myself in a bit.

To that end, as you can see above, I'm starting with my Vulpera, Ti...

Thank you once again for a month of support! It seemed pertinent to give Hiffa her moment in the spotlight for this month's Doodle, she hadn't been seen in a while!

I'm glad the character vote seems somewhat competitive, I'm excited to see what the final tally becomes. Thoughts go out to Katia and Meerah though, this month doesn't seem to be their month.
