September Illustrations

The Midna animation will likely be done for next Saturday. Some time in the week I'll run the poll for the next animation after Midna.

Akli 03 + Bonus

I wasn't excited to draw Akli for some reason, so I changed her clothing and markings a bit and the problem has been fixed. 

Rivet 03 Animation + Bonus

I am aggressively punishing the .GIF specification with this colour palette. It was struggling to represent this with only 256 colours, but fortunately the final render here managed to give what few shades were available to Rivet, so it looks pretty OK.

As is now the case, I attached the Animated PNG's below.

And now I need to go straight in to the animatic for the Midna animation.

Anni 03 + Bonus

So here's that Professor Anni Illustration I alluded to a bit over a week ago.

Also I'm clearly still figuring out what her outfit should look like. I'll get there eventually. That or she'll be naked by the time I've figured it out.

Miura 01 + Bonus

I have never played Ever Oasis. I wasn't even totally sure I knew it existed until a bit over a week ago. Cute Lizard though.

I've been surprisingly busy this past week with this doodle, the sketches for the potential animations, as well as the weekly illustration I'm finishing up for tomorrow. In fact this is actually the second Anni I've drawn in the last week. The first attempt I had at a pose felt like I should probably do a proper illustration for it, so expect her to appear again in the next few weeks.

Follow-up Poll for September

The Animation Poll was too close. Rivet had been winning for the majority of the week only for Midna to sneak ahead on the last day. I'm going to run a short tie-breaker to see what to do.

The options are thus:

August Illustrations

I included a variation of the Yokko animation with her arm in a different location, as well as a still frame without the tentacles.

Yokko 12 Animation

Yokko continues to lose spots every time I animate her. I really chose a difficult Asura to be my tentacle animation representative.

That said, I'm very happy with the movement of the tentacles.

Unshiu 02

Hopefully I managed to export these with the right layers turned on/off. That water really added an enormous complexity to the layer structure.

Also this is a warm-up for the tentacle jamboree that I'll be animating next week. Yokko's much further along with her mass of noodles.

Hiffa 09 + Bonus

If my drawing plans weren't so rigidly planned out I'd have drawn her last week, but technically there hasn't been another episode moved in to the spotlight yet, so I'm good.

I'll be honest I actually really enjoyed drawing Rivet. I think the big ears as well as the stripes have really sold me on her.

Snrif 02 Animation

It would appear that Patreon doesn't want to show animated GIFs? Perhaps it's only for me, but I've attached the .GIF below to be safe. 

I have also attached a fancy new Animated PNG, which is better than .GIF in almost every way, albeit some software still doesn't support it. If you open it in your web browser of choice, it should play just fine though.

Update: Also I forgot to unhide a layer with that luminescent flower on it. That's also there now.

I don't actually imagine her name is "Orca", but I really do like to name my files something unique and she kinda looks like an Orca due to her markings.

Upcoming Patreon Tier changes

That title sounds imposing.

Anyway, as I alluded to in Animation Poll from the end of May, I wanted to switch my Patreon currency to British Pounds, and whilst I'm doing that it seemed like a good idea to make any changes I'm planning on making to my tiers at the same time.

I believe I should be able to change my currency to pounds without affecting the current tiers. You all will pay the same as you do right now, albeit the money will reach me as pounds, which is nice. S...

Made some extra versions with less phallus and also more clothing. I guess of all the clothing variations I drew last time, I liked the lower half of the bodysuit I gave her the most.

I don't have a great deal to say about this piece. I wanted to draw an Asura so I did.

The more interesting news I think is that I finally got ahold of a PS5 along with the new Ratchet and Clank game.

It's probably fairly obvious who I'm likely to be drawing next week.

June Illustrations

It's honestly very difficult getting two Asuran heads this close together. They're very large.

Still, I always enjoy drawing this pair.

Midna 04

I often don't know whether I should post things to my Patreon if there's no bonus variations, but still, Midna was the runner-up on the poll I ran here, so it makes sense to post it.

I wanted to take a step back with this illustration of Midna and just draw something simple again. Like her butt. Gosh she has a well defined butt.

Milestone 5k

I figured I wanted to post this, even though there aren't any variations, as it's something of a marker to celebrate the fact that I made it past 5,000 followers on Twitter. It happened quite a bit faster than I thought it would, but I appreciate everyone who's supported me up to this milestone. Here's to another 5,000 or whatever arbitrary number I choose to celebrate next time. Hehe.

Thank You from Takke

I finally gave up and drew the same "Thank-You" character a second time (ignoring that one time I drew Kuzi a second time but she was holding a canvas with an Asuran stick-figure on it so I think it counts as a different character obviously).

I mean it has been an extraordinarily long time since I did the Takke doodle, and I think I've gotten better at drawing her since then.
