Rewind - February

It's only two days shorter than the average month, but February still lasts seconds me. One day I'm processing the new year, the other day it's nearly spring! The last of February

This set was supposed to be shot in a forest; a little forest I discovered last year. 🌱 It took me one hour to reach its location. After the long drive, one must take a 10 minutes walk up a hill, and finally get into the forest. My dearest, I am so sorry for being late at sending you my third and last serie of February. The set is ready, but for personal reasons I couldn’t find the time to share it with you today. It will be released tomorrow, and will stay online for some extra days so you’ll have the time to download it, even after the end of the month. I hope you and your families are safe.

This set will be released this evening. It's the second serie of self-portraits of February 2021. 

I made it 10 minutes after making the previous set. Neither this one was planned. I invented sort of an outfit, and just offered my skin to the sunlight. Sunlight, so precious at this time of the year! 🌻 I truly hope you will like it.

Rewind - January

Here we go. 

January 2018: I shot inside of my bathtub, wearing a red body-harness. I clearly had some focus issues, and didn't mind much about the color-editing. Movement and sensuality were key, but I also used to play with facial-expressions a lot. 

January 2019: I had the chance to shoot in an attic, in center Milano. The location gained importance in the frame, and I started to learn how to interact with it. Still no big color-editing.

November 2021- 3rd set

I have always been the most severe judge of my appearance, even more now that I'm consciously not taking care of it. November 2021- 1st set

Damn if it was a cold morning! We went to Sirmione, looking for a quiet place to shoot, somewhere I could enjoy the view of the lake Garda, and possibly share it with you. As I said, it was freezing; I didn't expect to find many people around. I was SO wrong: all these pictures were taken in a rush, in the few moments of privacy that we got (I think 10 minutes total in 1 hour of time), before another family of tourists would come. End of August

which means "end of summer" to me. It's not true, but this illusion gives me hope for a fresher and easier future, and makes me adore the slightly colder wind of these new evenings 🍀 I wanted to end this month with a little bit more of brightness, so I chose this set. Just a bunch of portraits by a window, but I'll never get tired of the games the shadows like to play when the sun is full in its arrogance 🌻
