I've been thinking about mechanical aspect for Eiden for a while now, and it might be an interesting idea to give him prosthetic lungs and heart due to some severe injury he had received in the past from, probably, an unhappy co-worker, a client or, which will be even more tragic, from a loved one. This way it might explain his, almost always, emotionally detached behavior towards people and serious tone despite the situation, and leaning more towards annoyance and irritation as defense mecha...

Zane

I have certainly found the way to conveniently line stuff, now I have to find a way how to colorize it beyond flats, - shading always have been my weakest point as I have troubles imagining how shadows and lights work on objects.

Been testing my line theory on Zane (short for Gkhasherzan, Tal'Gkhor's pet), and I think I've found my meta ^w^

[CLOSED] OTA: Ragkhlar R:00-3

This pretty fella supposed to be a character for the next project, yet turned out a little bit too bulky to be a part of it; thus, as many people have asked before, here is an opportunity for you to get your very own ragkhlar, - an alien hound from a distant world - on terms of OTA - Offer To Adopt.  

To keep hounds fed, USD is the main point of interest, though feel free to mix in artworks, this way the minimal offer can be reduced.

Perch

During walks with the dog, I've noticed how birds can perch up on tall plants and vertical trunks, grabbing onto them with their tiny legs. Thought it would be curious to see gkheedha seeker resting on some plant as well.

The 4th page is finally done! Which also means that the comic, The Result of Love, is officially unfrozen and will be completed within the next couple of months! <3

Finally it's time for Eiden to have his own reference sheet, albeit quite a sketchy one.

I definitely love sketching in SAI much more than in Ps, yet for coloring I'll still choose the latest, as I feel like the first one lacks decent layering and coloring features.

Because it will become official when the fourth page - work on which already has been started - will be finished!~ Though it might take some time due to contract I have been working on lately, and expect the previous illustration to come first, of course. Ragkhlars

Here's a new doodle made with SAI, took some time to remember what is where, but the result is pretty decent, despite me trying to use hot keys from Ps all the time.

Suorin

Another ancient race was Suorin, their fate is quite tragic, for becoming almost invincible, they have lost their ability to give life, thus there is a scorched mark down on their bellies (only fire could live a scar on their bodies, while cut limbs and organs can grow back together)

Shakhars

Next race is Shakhars, - initially they were wandering race outside Arnainskiy Cross, yet after encountering sivalaary, with their T'egra's Union, decided to join and stay within galaxy's territory.

Second sketch sheet: characters included: Sadaraf (nude on the left) and Katoh.

Third: Sadaraf in a dress. Why? He lost the bet.

Fourth: And here are  a few female shakhars.

Decipher: Shakharian women differ from men by variety of head crests.

Next race is Worgs - they are pretty much warrior-dwarfs of the galaxy, always on guard and with a weapon half their size.

Been checking my old laptop and found many neglected races from the Universe and from the Arnainskiy Cross itself. These ones were Araims - it's from their unfinished story was born the title Dawn at Sunset, - an event, during which civilization has to fall to be reborn anew.
