I just wanted to drop in with a quick update! I've wrapped up the first batch of renders and they're looking pretty sharp. I'm diving into color grading next, so expect to see some really badass, or rather, sexy previews from the heist scene popping up soon. Maybe I'll drop a Random Render as well on X and Discord.
This update's turning out a bit chunkier than the last one, and I reckon it'll take a full month just for the renders to get done. Meanwhile, I'm still churning out new scenes ...

Quick update for you all: I’ve prepped most of the scenes for rendering! The characters are in place, outfits styled, and the initial lighting tests are done, which means I’m ready to kick off the rendering phase in the next few days - aiming for September 1st.

Hi!
I've been deep in development, setting up one of the biggest environments I've ever tackled - a massive laboratory. It's the first large scene that I've managed to make look pretty impressive at night. That's a big plus! The only catch is that it's maxing out the VRAM on my 4090s. It's a tight squeeze by itself, which may cause crashes down the line.
Most of the internal areas are set, though there are still a few rooms left to finish.

Great news! All animations, renders, writing, and coding for the upcoming episode are now complete.
I've run a few tests myself and squashed what I hope are all the gamebreaking bugs.
I've also sent the episode to my game testers, so they can catch anything I might have missed. We're on the final stretch now, and the official release is just 7-10 days away.

Most of the animations are progressing smoothly, and I'm nearing completion on a pretty significant scene. I have just one last scene to animate, which poses a bit of a challenge. Due to its size, I'll need to render it directly on my PC because uploading it to a cloud render causes too many issues, like artifacts, missing textures, and other problems impossible to fix consistently. All static renders are now complete, and all scenes have been fully written. The coding is nearly done, sitting at about 90%.
I’ve also been pushing forward with the animations, which are shaping up nicely, though I did hit a small snag with one of the more complex scenes in the mansion's living room. It turns out the file was just too big (6 GB file size, ~12 mil polygons) for cloud rendering, causing major hiccups.

I'm close to wrapping up the rendering of still images—about another week should do it. Once that's done, I'll shift my focus to animations. I'm going to say it again (and again) - rendering is moving at an astonishing speed, thanks to the new PC setup. It’s genuinely a pleasure to work on the renders now. The sheer amount of work I can achieve in a day is incredibly motivating.
However, there's a small hiccup – the heat output from the machine is enormous! While the internal components like GPU and CPU maintain low temperatures, my room (without the AC) feels like a sauna. I'm exploring solution...

I've just finished two days of rendering, and I have to say, I'm shocked— the rendering speed is INSANE! My old 3090 must have been at its durability limit because the difference is just unbelievable. Not only is the speed out of this world, but the temperatures are ultra low, which means these cards should last a lot longer.
