I've been waiting and hoping to have a tool or set of tools to accomplish this for years. I've finally found the hybrid solution! Talking Avatar control with animation control at the same time! It's finnicky, however the initial results are insanely promising! And I have a voice actress friend who can make these and other animations with verbal audio very spicey. Like her voice?

For these images, I upscaled them with a very recent model and separate upscaler model using SD ultimate upscale, I used her original face with a cropped image upscale set of 24 images to train a FLUX model ...
