Game Development Update
The next build of Sophia and the Secret Grotto is currently in progress. This is going to be challenging because I’m starting to work on the prototype for the game’s RPG elements, and it will take much longer to test. On top of that, I am currently learning Spine2D so I can improve the quality of animations I deliver for the game, as well as the speed at which I am able to produce the animations.

The new test build is now available for download to Windows. It's the same shawarma stuffing scene, but with more detail, such as exploring Sophia's hostel room before and after the stuffing, and using a mirror. Check out the new art and animations!

Sophia's character sheet is in the works, now with tool tips! Also I am currently working on the mirror animations in which Sophia can check herself out in her room throughout the game.
It's looking like I'll have the next build done within this month. Look forward to that!

This is a very early build of Sophia and the Secret Grotto, consisting of the opening cutscene, the shawarma stuffing animations, and a minigame. From now on, 10 dollar Patrons will always get the earliest build of Sophia and the Secret Grotto as the project grows. And there will be much, much, MUCH more content going forward.
The game is downloadable for Windows. I hope you enjoy it!

Upon developing this project further, I have decided to change the title of my Sophia game from “Spending Time with Sophia” to “Sophia and the Secret Grotto”. As I flesh out the game further, I realize it’s going to be less of a visual novel and more a point-and-click adventure with a single cohesive plot. But there will still be many visual novel elements and a lot of animation, as well as interactables and mini-games.
