Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well, wanted to give you all an update of how things has been.
1. My back issue hasn't been able to fully heal yet sadly, there's still alot of pain everytime i move and sit, sometimes the pain is lower but everytime I sit down, the pain comes back, sometimes even stronger, I've been following the doctor's treatment, but I don't think that it has healed me fully yet unfortunely. Even when I'm laying down, it hurts.

Hello everyone! Wanted to keep you guys updated, you see, I've been having strong back pains, specially on the lower area, at first I honestly thought it was the kidneys, but they ended up been fine and healthy, the issue is the back itself.
I whent to the doctor and told me it was Lumbagia, a common back pain that happens caue of constant bad posture, lack of excersize and overweight. I dont have the third one but it is true about the other 2 ^^U.
