Getting back into the groove... it's been a while since I've been able to just sketch something nice. I think I want to do more with this character - he's a scientist at a lab who gets betrayed and becomes the experiment, manages to escape and roams half-transformed as a stray. I'm thinking he tries to go back to his family but they don't recognise him (of course) and think he's just a street dog with mange.

First of all sorry for the absence, I got sick for a week and I've moved in with my partner to escape the abuse from my housemates until my flat is sorted. Been on the phone a lot with my mortgage advisor keeping everything rolling. Busy and stressed and exhausted.
I actually finished page 11 a while back but rendering magic has given me so much grief I've been stuck on 9 and 10 for ages. Enjoy(?) Dorian's magic worms...

There's something strange about the sheep farm he inherited. Each morning there's more fur on his pillow. Each evening he can see a little further in the dusk light. Each time he goes into the fields the urge to strip down and lay in the dew gets stronger. The old leather strap hanging on a nail by the doorframe fits so comfortingly against his neck.
He's grown to like it here.
