Even team Rocket deserves better than the feet they gave Jessie. Hopefully I did her some justice.
(The image quality was so poor in this that I had to use an AI upscaler to make it bigger, but lost some of the details in the background, then manually painted in the new feet and 'upscaled' her chest a little too)
