Monica Bellucci + Matrix + Latex: Perfection

I want to cosplay Persephone, played by the always spectacular Monica Bellucci in Matrix Reloaded. The problem is that if I want to be completely screen accurate and perfectionist (and I always try to be), the dress has to be made of latex.

New set making-of

 After having filled my new studio with straw it was time to soak everything, because today was shooting day!! 😂

For the 2nd half of my Planet of the Apes set I wanted to recreate the scene of the apes hosing the prisoners at the cages... Of course playing with a hose inside my studio has been much more messy than I imagined at first, but TOTALLY WORTH IT!! 🥰

Set Building: Planet of the Apes vol.2

My Nova photoset (classic Planet of the Apes) is an ambitious project. The first part is the photoshoot of her being captured, for which I had to design the studio jungle set.

Now I'm designing the second set for this new photoshoot that will close my extra long Nova set with two parts ^^
The 2nd part will be a boudoir version of the scene where Nova is imprisoned and caged 🙉🙈🙊

Vintage Alien makeup

For NYE I organized this little alien themed party at my new workshop, so I decorated with some of the studio backdrops I have, and during the night we improvised this New Year's Eve alien photoshoot...  
I love the result and how this quick makeup turned out, so I'm thinking of improving this mint and pink vintage alien concept (maybe with more prosthetic eyes) and creating a whole bodypaint with that ide...

WIP - Tentacles for a new project!!

Made them twisting thin foam tube with heat, and then sewed a cover with printed fabric (the design on the fabric is colorful skin texture and a pattern of lined suckers)!

New Bubble Helmet!!

I'm super happy, my new bubble helmet has finally arrived!! 

You saw an old version before, but it was a plexiglass sphere that got very foggy everytime I was breathing into it for more than 30 seconds, making it very uncomfortable to wear for serious/long photoshoots. So after a few last photos (which I haven't posted yet) I decided to make several holes in my old plexyglass dome with my dremel to breathe better and avoid the fogginess, but unfortunately it cracked and I broke it ...

As you know if you've been here for a while, I love creating and styling wigs! My favorite wig this year has been Chiana's... After creating some big wigs (like Janice Rand, Barbarella...) it seemed like an easy project to me, but that volume, the dark roots and inclination gave me more trouble than I thought at first 😅

Doing the monochrome bodypaint all in a range of grays was also very fun; I really wanted to do the complete cosplay but I had no time... I'm sure Chiana suit will be...

2022 COMPILATION and today is my birthday, yaaay!!

My birthday is between festivities and people are always a bit tired of celebrations, gifts and food... so my birthday is usually a quiet day.

It's fine like that, I appreciate it now. Of course when I was a child it annoyed me the most to receive 1 gift combining both (christmas and birthday), always getting less gifts than my friends and brothers (unconceivable!! XD), but now I look at what I have, this happy calm day just for me at the end of the year, and I appreciate it a lot... I ...

It's rare I cosplay manga/anime characters, but so far I've cosplayed Faye Valentine from Cowboy Bebop, Misato from Evangelion and Reika from Gantz... What character do you think my next manga/anime cosplay should be?
