This project taught me about: keeping videos short, cartoony motions, disabling modifiers to prevent clipping, manually animating bounciness in Blender Eevee, water droplet effects. I decided to keep this project short from the beginning and not allow myself to extend it, prolonging the production phase.

1:07 long and still a bit to go! The video is just about to get to the important part! Cammy has hit Chun Li with the experimental gloop gun, bringing her down to size! Chun Li is distracted by the perspective, giving Cammy time to approach Chun Li and spook her with a stomp before kneeling down to grab her. From here, the results of the poll will come into affect!

Cammy's walk cycle for this animation. Still some visible weirdness, but it will be fixed in the final cut. It's hard to see this play in real time without first rendering it out, as my PC is not strong enough to see this in the viewport at the playback rate (30FPS). One day i'll get that beefy PC and this won't be an issue anymore!

A further peek into the process. We now see that the gun shoots gloop, and that Chun Li has been shrunk to resemble an action-figure of herself! As for what comes next, we will have to wait and see with the poll...
To render this in a timely manner, there are no shadows or shader effects, and I also forgot to adjust the subsurface scattering on Chun Li as she shrunk, so you may be able to notice that her skin looks WAY too soft, almost translucent. Easy fix.
Chun Li is about to receive some "unorthodox training" from Cammy. It involves being forcibly rubbed against against varying body parts. It's legit, trust me.
Which areas would be best for Chun Li's training?
You can choose more than one! The top three will be incorporated into the video. Maybe more if time is forgiving...

This project taught me about: group shaders (shaders to affect multiple materials simultaneously), metaballs, particles, and bloom adjustion. Take a look yourself! As you can see, I tend to animate the face late into production, meaning that for most of the time, Melony was expressionless.

I am going to take a break from Patreon. This February will be the last month that this page is open until things change. I'll do one more video for February, then after that. It's closed. Then, my plans are to do animation commissions on my own time and try my hand at some game dev stuff.

Secret Santa art gift for @Ivelacia. This was also my first time porting a SFM model to Blender (and rigging it) ! I've learned that it's much better off to only do that in extreme desperation, because it's hard, time-consuming and someone has probably done a better job at it than me!

There's some things to fix here in terms of motion. Getting the hang of Blender when I can't see things at 30fps in the viewport is quite difficult.
