Minto's tactic for baiting the wisps (a wink and a kiss~) is too powerful, and who am I to refuse an appeal from a cute girl? But we can't be too greedy otherwise she'll stop offering!
Twintail Minto was supposed to be for Miku Day (March 9th), but I got distracted and became a Hunter for a few days;;;; and ended up focusing more on the twintails idea than purely on the Miku concept.
