Tomorrow Live Class: What is the Ecstatic Path?

Hi guys!

Tomorrow is our first Thursday call. I will be in Connecticut hunting for a place to build our sacred space, but I should still be able to host our 8pm ET class.

I am going to start treating them as being a bit more structured beyond just meditation. The theme for this week will be: What does it mean to walk the ecstatic path?

As I sit here reflecting, I realize that so much of the work I do now — guiding others, creating content, trying to offer spaces for truth and healing — is rooted in a younger version of myself who felt profoundly unseen.

There was a time when I believed I was too strange, too ugly, too sensitive, too broken to ever really belong. I grew up internalizing shame for the way my body looked, for the intensity of my emotions, for the deep spiritual connection I felt that no one around me...
