Hi!! I just felt like coming on here and writing something to you all,, I just wanted to say thank you for supporting me and my art. It genuinely means the world to me that you guys like what I make.. For a long time now I've been really wanting to do something that connects me more with you guys, or feels like me as a person is more present in what I make. I don't have a lot of confidence in myself so I've strayed away from things that were out of my comfort zone or were too difficult for me to handle. (Like streaming, making videos, etc.)
I have projects in my head I want to do, I have written scripts for videos I want to make but I lack a lot of time due to commissions and stuff. Also there's always apart of me that feels scared to put myself out there like that.
Nobody really knows this, but when I was younger I really really wanted to make videos. I actually made a lot, but they are long gone now. I think somewhere along the way I just lost a lot of confidence, and even though I've wanted to do certain things I just haven't been able to follow through. I worry about being unique, entertaining, It's hard for me to feel like people would be interested in "me" beyond just my art..
I think it just boils down to, I want to be more than just my art and what I make. I want to put more of myself out there again, beyond just drawings. I just want to feel seen, I guess. I've spent a lot of my life away from other people, I feel like I'm lacking human connection !!!!!
So anyways I know I've said this a lot, but I really do want to try new stuff this year (once I finish my workload ; _;) ) Whether that be streaming again, or making videos I'm not really sure. I am still v interested in trying vtubing so maybe I will work towards that finally.
