Mewtwo Base Reference REDO

I decided while doing Amber's Mewtwo ref that my Mewtwo reference needed an update, so here's a MUCH more modernized Mewtwo ref base for people to use.

I am adding a PSD file AND a CLIP file for people to use for ease of access.

This file will include layers for male and female genitalia, and two breast sizes.
