Create a library of reference images to copy whenever you need.

When you want to draw a character in a specific pose, the first thing to do is find a good reference image. If you get a good reference, your drawing will be good. But if you have a low resolution reference or cut image, you will have to invent certain details of the drawing and you will suffer a lot. Draw faster.

Before you start drawing, spend a little time drawing geometric shapes as in the example. You can do this with a pen or pencil on a sheet of paper, or with a graphics tablet. You must fill in a couple of sheets by making these shapes. Or do it for about 10 minutes at least on the tablet. The longer you do it, you will notice that your pulse is more faithful. What you should do is get used to using only the basic brushes that come by default in the program you use. For example I use a nib brush in CLIP for the sketch, and the same brush for the lineart.
