When I sat down to work on this when I got up today, I had originally hoped to write about 4-5k words of content for the game.  

Didn't happen.

On the one hand, I didn't hit the word count I had hoped for, managing about 2500 words of content between five scenes.  On the flip side, I decided to add a new mechanic to the game to track the protagonist's fragile grasp on his sanity called "Madness."  Its fully in place and ready to go, even if I've only written one scene so f...

Looks like last night's build was relatively bug free.  Had one bug reported where there's an error in the middle of one of Tanya's scenes (That had apparently been lingering since the previous build.) that I've already fixed.  Fixed a couple of small spelling errors, and did a minor rewrite (Added about 30 words to the game, so it was a fairly small rewrite.)

Since there's nothing game breaking, I'm going to sit on the fix build for a couple of days just in case anyone finds anythin...

New version is good to go!  Hope that you all enjoy it!

New build includes about 7k words of new content, a lot of that is new naughtyness for Tanya (You can now employ her services at any taint level.  As well as two additional major scenes  that have been added to the game.  The game will now progress to day 6, but there is no new content opened after that time.

Inheritance Update

After this morning, it looks like all of the movement stuff is working correctly for Inheritance now.  Next step will be displaying random events which I suspect will be an easier task.

I released the latest to Tester level Patrons earlier today with the intent of releasing it to the rest of you some time next week.

Sketch for new commissioned art

Thought I'd share some art with you guys.  This is the first sketch for the art commissioned for the primary bad end of the game.  

I asked the artist to make a few small changes  (Longer hair for main character, a little less symmetry with main character (Whole picture felt a little too symmetrical) and asked that the stone table in the background be made more natural looking.  Will share more as it becomes available.

Next Poll, what drew you to Wanton Cove?

The poll I posted a couple of days ago was pretty decisive, with about 85% of everyone saying they came from TFGamesSite, then a few of you each from Hypnotics, Fenoxo's and through Patreon.

So, the next question I'd like to ask everyone:  What actually drew you to the game?  Was it an impulse download?  Saw it on the TFGamesSite database?  Saw the game discussion thread?  Or maybe followed the banner for the game?

Tomorrow is one of my favorite days of the year, its the day that the two comic shops within driving distance participate in an event called "Free Comic Book Day."  And well, you guessed it, they give out free comic books!

The Allure of Wanton Cove Progress Report

Did a bunch of writing for this today.  Turns out this build is going to be fairly smut heavy.  :D  

Finished up the Day 5 content and added the option to sleep to progress to Day 6.  End result is eight new naughty scenes and two story driven ones.

Reached a big milestone today.  Passed 200k words of content, which means there is about 7k worth of new content that will appear in the next version.  Exact word count is 200,004.

Got some good news:   As I've mentioned in the past, I've been working on some content for ETO/Girl Life (English Version) adding a new character to the game as well as related content.   21k words of content later, I've finished the first stage of that content.  That content will hopefully appear in the next big update to that game.

Wrote about 8k words of content today, almost all of which was for Azumi.  In the next build, there will be some dialogue options with her, as well as the ability to accommodate her urges if you have a little depravity.  :D

Did some back end work on the game as well.  I keep hearing that combat is too easy, so I made some minor tweaks to make it more difficult.  Also cleaned up and reorganized a bit of code to make it easier to work with as the game continues to grow.
