I'm going to take a little break for a week or so. Recharge those creative batteries! Feel like I've been running on empty recently, and April felt like a bit of a struggle creatively.
The loose plan is to do some fan art with Vi (and maybe Caitlyn) from League Of Legends next :D

A bit of posing practice, and I found this one in particular quite the challenge. It can occasionally be very difficult to make a pose involving a weapon look natural (and realistic for that matter) ๐ฎโ๐จ Really happy with how it turned out though. I may start using it as my social media icon โบ๏ธ

Even after the initial rework I still wasn't happy. So I decided to give this one a few more tweaks, including but not limited to; a more fitting background, outfit alterations, lighting and camera changes (once again I'm using the release of FF7 Rebirth as an excuse for doing this ๐ )
Also, I saw some amazing Aerith art by the awesome Qtori in which they gave her sleeve tattoos... I got very much inspired and decided to include a version where I did the same (along with a piercing) ๐...

I did the post work for the original rework of this in GIMP, but since then have moved over to Photoshop. So with the release of FF7 Rebirth I decided to give this a quick photo re-edit (excuse the pun) with some of the Photoshop skills I've learnt since editing the original ๐(Brand new Tifa fan art on the way soon โบ๏ธ)

So my plan was to publish some FF7 pin ups to celebrate the release of Rebirth on February 29. I went to do some work on them today and it turns out my monitor has completely bricked ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ
Unfortunately that means I can neither work on scenes or do any renders right now ๐ฉ
On the upside, the monitor is still under warranty and theyโre sending me a replacement. That will take 5ish days though.
So very annoying but not all doom and gloom. Just mean...
