The past few days have not been great for my sleep. It's making it hard to work on anything, but I wanted to get some sketch practice in before I move back to projects.
With that in mind, I might take a random suggestion for an American cartoon girl, since I'm in that sort of mood lately.

At long fucking last, thank God in heaven I'm done with this. This was a WAY bigger headache than I anticipated, but I learned a lot of lessons along the way.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to add shading. With my current setup and the size of the gif, even when I reformatted and reallocated my application memory, there was just no way it was going to work.
Even so! I hope you guys enjoy this, and the bigger upside is that we can move back to new projects again.

I think I've -mostly- figured out the motion of the body now, beyond minor tweaks I'll still probably make.
As you can see, I've begun adding the head, which will be much faster and easier than the work done with the body. Afterward, I'll detail the hands a bit more, which should take even less time!
If I have an especially good day tomorrow, I may be able to finish the entire animation. But, even if I don't, expect to see it soon.

For now, I'm focusing strictly on the body and the movement. I've been reviewing what I've inked pretty obsessively and came up with some notes to make improvements later.
My goal is to come up with a complete finished sequence of the body tomorrow, which I intend to fine tune before adding the head and detailing the hands more.
Things are starting to shape up compared to the rough, but there's still plenty more to do!

Thanks for the recent input as far as voice actresses go, guys. I've begun inking this already, though it can't be seen here. I'll also be making numerous changes to the sound editing once I'm actually done.

Okay, I said the last one would be the final one, but this took a little longer than I was expecting.
It's not perfect, but I think I have a good rough now. I'll probably add exaggerations and smooth out the flow in the polished version.

Probably? the last update for a little bit.
I still need to add a little more and adjust motion/proportions, and the final animation will probably have to be in flat colors, but we'll see.
I'm planning on getting voice acting for this, too, so we'll see how that goes.
