Minor Tier Change Update

I've added the $50 tier back after having taken it down for a while. However, for the time being I've limited it to one slot so I can continue to figure out how to balance the Patreon workload. I don't anticipate it will be filled for a while (if at all), but I'd like to announce that it's there, even if only in a limited fashion for the time being.

Tier changes

I'll most likely still be doing some tinkering, but I've more or less made the main changes for the moment as previously mentioned. 

From here on out the goal is to give you guys early access. The $50 and $100 tiers have been axed for the time being to cut back and focus on quality, and the $25 tier's new reward is a one-character cel shaded piece per month. The lewds and monthly drawing will be unaffected by these changes.

Hey, everyone. I know I addressed this not too long ago, but I've thought it over and I think I've come to a decision as far as tier rewards and the like go. Most of my Patreon will remain unchanged, but there are a few key differences I want to make.
