We had a chance to work with female bodybuilding pioneer Diana Dennis. She started competing way back in 1981. Proof that weight training can lead to a long and strong healthy life. For the most part all of our features on diymuscle have been jacked female bodybuilders or very muscular figure competitors or fitness models. Rarely do we feature a bikini type physique. Ellen Beckner is a rare exception. She's lean and mean in this gym video. Plus there's a short interview as well. She does have a trained look and I bet if you saw her in person there'd be no question that she lifts.
