Here's a look at a few random pics from the set. XD
As one of my first sequential art pieces, I'm making a 23 image. These are the first three. A small taste of what's to come. It's not exactly a comic I know, but it's still a sequence of sortes with some dialog thrown in as well. A great way to sture the pot of creativity and to start my real work here. I mean, drawings and pin-ups are cool and all, but it's comics what I wanna do, and this here is a good start... in my opinion XDD
as for the set itself, it's set of screencaps from the foo...

The Flats be done. I usually use the bucket fill tool (set to reference layer), the lasso fill tool (without anti aliasing) and a whole lot of quick masking (shortcut: Q)
The process is not perfect, a few sharp angles will have small uncolored sections. They are small enough and hidden under the lines to not be noticable BUT if you want to be thorough, you can select everything around the flats (basically selecting the transparents) and fill the tiny spots with the lasso fill...

Hell yeah now were'r cookin'. Now after this is do I usually delete the sketch layer, no unneeded layers and all that. Then I copy all vizible to a new layer above the inks and play with the levels to get rid of any gray remnants without it going pixely. After that I merg the new layer with the inks and do the "Convert Brightness to Opacity" in the "Edit" tab. And bam, perfetly serviceable inks with no blured or smudged ends. Next come the flat colors XD

This is the next step. It's more to help with the inking phase and some detail work as well, fixing the lines so they don't intersect in ways they shouldn't.
PS: Yes Rouge has the long-ass bat tongue. I know White Bats don't have those but.......... she's a fictional character XD It's too good a thing to pass up XD
