Currently I'm trying to improve my coloring and lighting. Still plenty of room for improvement, but it's already a step up from previous works, I think.
So the idea here is that some cultists are trying out a spell called 'summon more demon'. Figuring it'll summon more demons, they draw the summoning circle on one they already summoned. Turns out, all the spell does is summon more demons *inside* the first demon, making that demon progressively larger.

This picture is certain to get tweaked a bit in the future. But, after three days of working on it nonstop, I'm becoming blind to my own mistakes. So, I'm going to move on and come back to it later.
This will become part of the space orca dragon sequence, and I'll adjust the other pictures to include her dorsal fin and tail fluke.
So far I think this one is my favorite in the series, it simply has the most expression and interaction.

Alrighty, last one for this month. Going to focus on a few other pictures I wanted to get done, and once the poll has run a little longer I'll start doing some exploratory sketches for the rest of this sequence.
Also maybe start seeing what other stuff I can do in this style. Maybe do a winged dragon or something.

There is a need to fill in some gaps in the growth sequence, and they present an opportunity to do some more pics with stronger expression.
Pretty happy with the expressiveness of this one, even though it has a few iffy spots.
My headcanon is she's saying something along the lines of "I need to be at least thiiis big."

So this is technically a sequence now!
This scene takes place before the previously drawn picture, and a story is building in my head. (for the bunch of new patrons (welcome!), I'll include the other picture here so they don't get confused.)
I think I'll be drawing more of her in the future!

For picture 01C I wanted to show that the dragon likes that she's growing, and for it to be cute.
Picture 10 is meant to be a little intimidating, as the guy realizes just what he's unleashed as the dragon's body fills the background.

Also included a 'mean' version, since it required only minimal editing.
Not quite sure the perspective is quite right, her belly may need to be bigger. If needed I'll edit that when I have a fresh eye.

So, it turned out, a previous picture that was meant to show the dragon 'hungry' turned into something else.
Therefore, second attempt. The dragon being hungry (DragonTest00C.jpg), and the dragon having eaten a bunch. (DragonTest00D.jpg)
Also edited the very first picture (DragonTest01b.jpg) a bit to match the current style a bit more.
Still surprised at how popular this series is, relative to my other works. I'll continue working on it for now, got at least one more post in...

Because this one was quicker to draw than the previously posted pictures, I figure I'll do two pictures on this post. (the other new picture is DragonTest00B.jpg)
