I've spent the majority of this month working on my Mothman plush Kickstarter, which I'm super excited to launch! I have a launch goal of July 1st, which is coming up in just a couple weeks!
So I've been focusing on designing extra goodies (like this lanyard + keychain!) and taking some promo photos of the plushie itself. I can't wait to publish the Kickstarter and see how it goes!

HEY GUYS Here's a couple of quick sketches + a more rendered out Billy! Experimenting with a more stylized approach to drawing these guys.
I'm trying out a new soft brush for lineart which lets me feel like I can be looser when I draw. It's called 'colored pencil' on Clip Studio Paint if you'd like to try it out yourself!

HEY GUYS!
After finishing commissions, I decided to draw some personal art and ENDED UP HERE. Drawing Steve getting pounded in his scoops uniform has been my way of coping with 2020 so far LOL
I practiced using some different brushes for this one! I sketched with the default 'colored pencil' and refined+colored with the 'darker pencil' brush!
And my program of choice is Clip Studio Paint as always <3

Here's a couple rough WIPs for you guys!
The first one is a more refined sketch, and the second image was my initial gesture sketch! I like to draw the whole pose out before I get too detailed with the facial features and such.

Here's another WIP of the Billy, Tommy & Steve picture that I've been chipping away at over the past few days! I've been really enjoying the process of working on this one. ♡
I got the lineart done, color blocking done, and now I'm working on flat colors! I like to use local colors when I'm blocking in the base skin tones, and then I will adjust the mood lighting later on.

For me, feathered wings are incredibly relaxing to draw. I always resort to them when I'm feeling a little stressed out, and drawing them helps me to relax. So I sketched up this angel! The character is up to the viewer's interpretation, but it's definitely inspired by Warren. ♡
