Tier 4 Requests Removed! + What's replacing it?

Hello patrons, I'm here to announce something.

The Tier 4 along with its 2 request fanarts is now removed.

The 2 current patrons, MokouMoe, and pengin senshi are now moved to another tier up to them. I have consulted them with this and they're ok with it, so don't worry!
