Lil life update, having tablet trouble >,< (updated)
Looks like a hardware issue as i've tried uninstalling /reinstalling drivers, turning off windows ink, a system restore, and even trying it on my old PC but my pens aren't being detected at all, I sent a message wacom's way and hopefully they respond soon (pretty sure they wont prioritize a call from my part of the globe) anyhoo gonna set up a temporary work station to try and get accustomed to in the mean time, = v =
