News From the Six Realms #88 - State of the Game

Hey everyone,

It's a new year, and as always the work continues. We are already busy getting the March release ready, and there'll be more about that further down, but first I'd like to talk about the game's current state. 

Obviously, I would have liked to have Act I finished by now, but I will be the first to admit there was far too much scope creep, and writing issues have slowed things down, unfortunately. That being said, we are now approaching the end, and I'm hoping to...

Version 0.4.03

Here's the new release as promised, and it's a doozy. The main attraction is all the work Rein has been putting into the war council that takes place before the battle of Astarte, which takes into account a bunch of different choices (orc ally, goblin ally, etc) to create a different experience. Only the servant route is available in this release, but in the future there will be overlord, mitigation, and sabotage versions.

In addition to that we've got a huge new fae scene from Hooky o...
