News From The Six Realms #13 - Update, Goals, and the Side Project

Hello all,

So, a positive month; we are getting to the usual end of the month dropoff, but otherwise it has been one of the best months yet. Now most of the systems are in place, and there's a good number of CGs per release, things seem to be picking up nicely.

We are hard at work on the next release, which will be out at some point next month. It'll feature more events, Alexia's tavern job, and more content for the Orciad, along with the usual new CGs, BGs, and character sprites. ...

And here's the final piece of the Orciad narrative - Lady Eleanor herself. Ulcro wants to care for her, Batri wants to claim her, and Tarish wants you to use her to help her get rid of both of them, but which path will you choose? Maybe you'll want to do the right thing instead, even if it does go against your own interests. How it will all play out, you'll just have to wait and see. :)

News From The Six Realms #12 - Post-Release Roundup

So the new release is out, a little later than expected, and since I haven't had any complaints, I'm going to assume you are all enjoying yourself. The reason for the slight delay was a few kinks in the new event system, but now it has been implemented, it will help us in controlling how events trigger in a more complex way than the base engine did, which will help a lot in the long run.

Because there is no rest for the wicked, we are already looking ahead to the next release. I'm hoping to ge...

So the job event system took longer to code than we anticipated, but I wanted to get a release out as promised, so I've had to compromise. This has most of the planned content in it, the only thing we didn't have time to add are some of the new ruler events, and the orciad intro. These will follow in another release in a couple of days once we've had time to do the coding.

Quick Update & Poll Winner

The next public and backer releases will be out in the next few days.

The winner of the poll to determine which job for Alexia will be added was the tavern, and this will appear in the release after the upcoming one.

Introducing Ulcro

Here's the final (orc) character from the Orciad narrative, the chieftain Ulcro. He has been in charge of the tribe since the war, but now, like the lion in winter, age has diminished his strength, and he must contend with younger, stronger orcs who want to take his throne.

She specializes in domestics, so she will be most effective when assigned to those jobs.  However, she can also be put elsewhere if you need to boost another part of the castle.  The following three options are the ones we can work on next.

• Tavern (working as a server for extra money), domestics skill
• Forge (working as a forge hand to make more equipment), crafting skill

After tallying up the totals with the extra votes, the CGs to be added to the commission list for September, as chosen by the backers, are....

Quick Update

Not enough for a full post this week, but just one or two things to mention.

Going to close up the current CG poll on Sunday night, I suspect most people who are voting has probably done so, but we'll let it run a bit longer. Current leaders are the Alexia x Rowan BDSM scene (with some instruction from X'zaratl), and the village threesome blowjob.

Ballroom WIP

Early WIP for the ballroom, few perspective issues Erick is going to fix for the final, but looking great so far I think. Especially love those paintings of the twins. :)
