WIP

The colors for this one started off messy even for my standards, but I'm getting there. I'd thought of leaving the glaze as its own layer to make it easier but nope, doing things the hard way.

In the end it only took three layers for painting since I decided to leave Krystal and raccoon guy on the same layer with the background. I tend to avoid using lots of layers because I invariably work on the wrong ones.

I'd actually considered working on page 3 the same time as 1 and 2, but didn't because I didn't think that tier would be reached. Should'a done it!

Still not 100% on panel three despite making lots of weird faces in the mirror. I'm going to have to take a break and see if I can fix it before inking...

Pick, Don't Eat: The Comic is ready to go for December! :D The pages will be posted on Mondays, first on the 7th and the second on the 21st, and won't be posted to the public until January. There's no expansion on these pages yet, that will start on page 3, but I hope you'll enjoy them nonetheless!

All done! The full pages will be posted in December, probably spaced out time-wise so it doesn't seem like a horrible wait until January.

The amount of poorly placed sign I come across on the road drive me nuts. >:I Like I'll be on a highway I only half know and find a sign telling me where to go, and it points to a dead end dirt road and the actual road is like around an entire curve. And then, obviously, there's signs placed halfway into the bush.

Environment Studies

I think I drew the car more than it will actually appear in the comic. Which is fine by me!

I'm going to be working on the actual page today and I'm just screaming internally because I'm kind of nervous about this and I still have to do a proper Patreon update announcement and Patreon keeps changing everything. 

Blueberry Studies

I want the early stages to sorta follow the pinkish stage blueberries have before they turn blue (green can be safely skipped, I think). Makes it seems more like a rash and allergic reaction before realizing what's really going on. I also like the idea of juice staining the skin and contributing to the color changes. There will be expansion before she turns blue, I wanted to focus on color/texture with those arms.

Loompette Sketches

Them on the receiving end this time, cream-filled? Maybe they get into thing themselves or turn on each other if they don't have human victims to torment.

I have a tendency to flip the canvas a lot when I work. Usually it doesn't harm things any, some times it does - look at the upper left. 

This is a cute commission of a sheep TF induced by a wooly sweater! I've had fun with the sheep floof but I'm still not sure how I'm going to make the sweater looked knitted.

Satsuki WIP

She makes for an angry berry D: Too bad she can't make an entrance with that heel clack unless she can roll with enough force.

Sequence WIPs

Got a commission to do a 5-part giantess/BE/foot growth sequence. Only the first 3 parts will be completed this month but I did some rough sketches of the last two to keep it a more consistent whole. The sketches are in reverse order.

Sketch 2015-11-14

Once in a blue moon, I will pick up a real pencil and draw with it. Some initial character designs for the comic, including outdoorsy loompettes.

At one point I considered making the loompettes like, cave-dwelling and averse to sunlight, but they're dark skinned so there goes that. Maybe they have poor eyesight which is why they all wear goggles.

Patreon Changes

Patreon is testing a change to how earnings per month are displayed to more accurately affect how much creators receive after processing fees instead of the total amount pledged. My milestones are currently set to compensate for what's lost to fees, but if the change becomes permanent the milestones will be adjusted accordingly.

Next month will be the start of a comic series, an adaptation of Pick, Don't Eat. Obviously it'll be blueberry themed, running through WG-esque shapes but ending m...

Sketch 2015-11-12

Side sketch done of Ulysses's characters, wondering how they'd all fit into their truck.  It might make more sense for Leanne (left) to drive depending on how well she can move her legs, but given that Maggie's the mechanic of the family she probably wouldn't want to give up being the driver until it becomes impossible for her to reach the steering wheel. Either way, most of the seats in the cab would be removed to make way for Leanne's large built-in seat, and Alyssa probably knocks on the...

I don't think Chell's gonna give Wheatley any such help, even if she could reach. I tried for a maraschino cherry look - hence clothes being dyed - and I'm pretty chuffed with it.

Some extra berry Tifa sketches done while working on a commission, but I guess without the blue color they could be any sort of inflation.

Might revisit her for the sake of suspenders... but I do have a blueberry Satsuki commission coming up, too.

I'm probably getting some part of lore wrong but I had this idea and I'm running with it. Different realities, different fruits.

I was originally going Apple for the main fruit but switched to Pomegranate. It still looks apple-ish but it's got me thinking that a promegranate sequence would be neat - maybe start off a bit lumpy as those seeds develop inside?
