I'm thinking of drawing Pam as a sumo wrestler since she's been in a fight club and has ties to the Yakuza, and I'm willing to bet Mallory would put her into a match-fixing scheme to win money after their falling out with the CIA. So I went and did some studies of female wrestlers.

Oompa Loompette sketch... been thinking of coming up with a female Wonka equivalent, too. Like if I ever do get around to making comics most of them would likely be wonka-knockoff-centric and Lady Wonka would appear eventually.
There's not much too the Loompettes, they're simple so they can be thrown into backgrounds more easily. Hair in a bun, pointy ears, goggles, and catsuit of various striped colours. Sooner or later I'll have to write about their behaviour, but needless to say ...
