Hey all! At long last, here's my Lightning artwork. What was meant to be a quicker piece ended up taking the longest of this set by quite a bit lol... Final Fantasy characters tend to have a lot going on in their design. It could be worse though as far as zippers and belts are concerned. Additionally, I didn't want to have one artwork of the set randomly without a background. This upcoming term I might dial it back a bit though lol...

Hey all! Dropping an early look at the Lightning art along with the bonus sketches (at a lower res.) since it's taking a bit longer. Maybe because I did a background again but I wanted the term to feel consistent lol.
I like colouring the bonus sketches but I may have to tone it back a bit depending on the character. Lightning for instance has a lot of details going on lol...
But I really like her design so I'm having fun with it. I hope you enjoy the art!

I'm trying to step up the quality of the art pieces. If you look at the files you can see I even sketch out a few potential arts first to try and get a good one lol. Superhero physiques are fun! I got to include some details like serratus muscles which would look out of place on regular female characters lol.
