Kat-Fancy: Evolution

Ok, I had a bit of an epiphany, I'm scrapping Rogue-Like and starting from scratch with Kat-Fancy, a dating sim based on Kitty Pryde. Also, instead of an eroge/dating sim sort of thing, it's more about playing with yarn and stuff, and laser pointers, lots of laser pointers. It'll be just as good though.

Rogue-Like early release

For those of you who are seeing this game for the first time, it's my attempt at a fun little dating-sim/eroge. It's a parody game set loosely in the X-Men Evolution setting, a few years after the series ends, and in which the Xavier Institute has expanded to a full feature university. It will make use of existing canon, but not be beholden to it. You play a new student ("Zero" by default but player-changable) who has the power of immunity to other powers, which presents Rogue with some interest...

JSR Cube

Here's Cube from Jet Set Radio, one of my fav classic games. I also plan to put out a wider release for my new game, Rogue-Like, this Friday. It won't be a huge improvement over the initial beta, yet, but a few tweaks here and there. A more feature complete version is still months out. I am still looking for a background artist for the game though, I need someone willing to do 4-6 background paintings of decent quality, just PM or email me if you're interested.

Rogue scene poll

Ok, so here's my first poll for feedback on the Rogue game. I'm asking you guys how you would like me to render out sex scenes. I'd first like to explain what options I'm capable of here, and make it clear what each would involve. The more complicated methods would of course take longer, meaning that I could get less done, OR it would end up taking longer. Nothing happens without a cost. So here's what I could do. I just added the second full costume. I was even able to get it so that you can mix and match elements, mostly. You can't wear the second tanktop with the green top, because the straps poke out the top, and the collars and cuffs are mandatory to the green top and not available to the pink, but otherwise, each element can be turned on or off at will.

Rogue-Like: Evolution beta

One of my fav characters from Durarara!!, here's the mysterious Celty. It's also a rather fitting St. Patrick's Day piece. ;) I've got several variation on this one already, one without the suit, of course, and also variations without the helmet.

March alts Mosaic

This is an alt week so I'm adding these various alternates at the $15 level, just wanted to give you guys a taste of what's being added. The tutorial I posted last week didn't have any comments so I'm not sure if there was any interest in the project or whether I should continue. It really needs to be a collaborative process to work, since I'm not really sure what you guys would like to know.

Community Gogo Tomago

Here's a pic of Gogo Tomago from Big Hero 6. It's the result of the community vote. But wait, the community voted for her getting eaten out, right? Well that version is available as one of the exclusive alts, as well as a version without the handprints, and one without the disc (and the ink and PSD versions too). There weren't a whole ton of suggestions on what to do for a tutorial, so I'm going to run with one based on how to do smooth shading techniques. Expect that in the coming weeks.

Here's Velma from Scooby Doo. She found her glasses. I'm also running a poll to decide what tutorial questions people might want me to answer. Step one is to collect possible topics, step 2 will be to vote on which to do first. And a pose was selected for the Gogo community pic, I'm starting on that one for next week.

Community Project Vote 1

Ok, here's the polling place for the first vote in the community project. I'm putting this at the $5 level for now, and ask that you do not share the link with anyone outside the Patron pool. I'd like to try out the idea of a monthly community pic. I'm still working out the logistics of this one, how it would work best, but let's give it a shot. So basically for the first step, I'd just like anyone who wants to make a suggestion to just post in the comments any character you'd like to see. I'll go through them and come up with a reasonable selection to put to a vote next week. Feel free to ask any questions as well.
