Hello all! While I'm working on the next installments of Brianna's story and "Nano-Shift", I thought I'd whip up this brief animation test to see if I can recreate Jae's shapeshifting in video form.
This is just the first of several tests I'm planning, and I already have a few ideas about how to improve the effect - but please share your thoughts in the comments below!

No transformations here, as this is a transition to the next tour de force of Jae's shifting. I did have fun exploring the possibilities of the scenery and the atmosphere it creates, time-consuming though it is to use such detailed environments.

Here it is! For the month of June, I'm continuing "Side Effects". In part 2 of the first chapter, we see Tom get a better sense of what his new abilities can really do -- who saw that coming? (heh)
I know this is a departure from my usual fare, which is why it's a "bonus" comic outside the regular series. If it's not your thing, no worries--just stay tuned for the next update of Nano-Shift coming TOMORROW, July 1.

The next part of Nano-Shift will need to be delayed until next Thursday/Friday, i.e. July 1/2, because I have to head out of town for family matters and will not be able to complete the scenes for it.
To make it up to you, though, I thought I would share with you some renders of a new character I'm working on, lounging around a stylish apartment in what looks like a very fun outfit.
