Thoughts on Some Changes

There is a lot of talk about a certain website that allows people to view Patreon content for free. I've known about it for a little while and I wanted to collect some thoughts from y'all.

This is going to be a weird question, because who doesn't like free, but:

Would you be happy to move to a Patreon/Discord system if it prevented the content from being 'stolen'?

2B - New Render Set

So this is my first attempt at a 'render set' with a story rather than just variations on the first image.

I've always wanted to do a 'comic' style set at some point so maybe this is the first step toward that. They take a lot of work & attention to create, something that is hard for me to do due to my own issues and work taking my attention.

There are definitely mistakes in some places, but I'm fairly happy with how it turned out for a first attempt. Let me know if you'd like...

Jill Valentine - New Render

I was hoping to do a few more parts to this since I didn't make a render on Wednesday, but it turns out work hates me. It was incredibly busy and I ended up not getting much more time to do this that I would normal have had.

Because of that it will be 50/50 if this week will also be a weekend only render, but if it is I promise to have a a few more variations up than this week.

New Model - Male Toy - Now Available

A new model is available in the Model archive. I converted this over from an old Poser/Daz model to use on the new render.

It has super basic materials so feel free to customise. It has a rig for moving the 'whole' object. The wrench when selected will show 2 properties in the 'N' panel to allow you to change the 'hole' type and if the cap should be on.

Content Poll!

Just a quick poll to ask an opinion about content type. I usually keep content to NSFW stuff only, but would you like to see any SFW content too? Like cheesecake/posing/glamour? They would either be clothed or unclothed but may not include an actual NSFW act.

SFW stuff would normally be in sizes meant for wallpapers as I know they can be quite popular for mobile & desktop wallpapers.

Mercy - New Render

This render was requested via Discord. While I do not currently take commissions I am happy to take requests from Patrons. The only caveat is it may only be based on the request unlike a commission which would try to create the request as close as possible.

I'm personally 50/50 on liking this render, but the requester liked it so that is all that matters.

Yennefer (The Witcher) - New Render

I wanted to do something totally random for this weeks render so I picked a character at random and made something. :)

I'm not 100% happy with the facial expressions on this, but the face rig on this model is poor so I had to manually sculpt the expression which I'm not full used to yet. I need a bit more practice on that.

Mercy Test Animation

Alright so I decided to revisit the Mercy animation now that I have a new GPU. I don't think it went well.

The environment, mainly the water, meant I would have to render at a quality that basically removed the advantage my new GPU gave me. Since I'd already animated it (because I was stupid and didn't check things first) I decided to do a test at 720p.

Today something with Claire + Ada. I wanted to try out these two as soon as Rigid3D released them. They look amazing & they are amazing to work with. Love them both.

Mai Shiranui (DOA) - New Render

Not sure if y'all are fans of Dead or Alive, but I wanted to try a character I'd never used before and thought Mai was a nice candidate.

Jill Valentine (RE3 Remake) - New Render

After some saving I've finally managed to get a RTX 2060. I would have gotten a more higher one but I also had to upgrade a few other parts to go along with it. The world being the way it is I don't want to push my luck too much with my costs.

Good news though. I can render much faster. RTX + Optix works wonders. It will make renders look much better and I can render much quicker. It may even mean I can render a animation in Cycles at some point!

Generic Female F U T A Model V1 - Now Available

After being gently nudged about this on Discord, thank you BTW, I have finally gotten a really basic version of the generic female Futa model out for you to try.

The rig is currently what I might call 'Advanced Users Only' since it is FK only. I will either convert to Rigify or adjust it to add IK and more 'convenience' features soon.

Dokkaebi - New Render

Things have been getting busy now that lockdown has started to be lifted here. Hoping things will settle down in the next week or so after the rush of getting back to work for most people.

Anyway, I've been meaning to do something with Dokkaebi for a while. I don't think it is super amazing, I haven't had the time I'd like to put into it to fix the genitals and even add some fluids.

Mercy - New Render

Sooooo... I'm really not to happy with this one. It was going to be an animation but I was stupid and decided to do it in the pool in Ilios Lighthouse which has water and caustics which EEVEE can't do very well (if it can I don't know how yet).

I can't render it in Cycles because it will take a lot of time which I can't spare because I need to use my PC for work. Etc, etc, etc.

If you are a silver/gold member you should now both have access to the archive now, use the 'Archive' category to find the post.

Loba - New Render

So a couple of things. 

From today I will be posting only the watermark free version to all tiers. I will update the tier information tomorrow, but I thought it is the start of the month tomorrow & I wanted to give everyone a treat even if you feel like you don't wish to continue as a patron.

I wasn't full happy with this render. There are a lot of things wrong with the Loba model that I should have spotted, and I didn't have the time to fix them before I needed to finish...

Tifa (FF7 Remake) - Bed Bound

This one took a while to make and had nearly a whopping 3 million triangles in the scene! It wasn't meant to have any foot stuff in when I started, but hope everyone can find something they enjoy in it.

With the recent poll either showing indifference or positivity toward the proposed tier changes I feel like it should be a good idea to implement them next month. So as a quick recap here are the changes again:

Bronze Tier - $1:

• 7 Day access to renders before the free version is posted to Twitter
• 4K Watermark Free images
• Supports the artist

Silver Tier - $3:

• Access to archive of older renders

Updated Tiers Idea

I have been thinking of how to reorganise my tiers so that I don't have to post watermarked and watermark free images. The process is messy and time consuming, but I don't want to annoy either $1 or $3 patrons by removing the perk that has been paid for.

Instead I have been thinking of a way to change things so everyone gets something of value while removing the need for watermarked image. I'm hoping this idea is something that will work, but let me know what you think using this poll. ...
