The 'job offer' is of course referring to this bit in issue 3, but I didn't want to overuse the 'holding up panels' thing too much, and figured the job-hating-Aer from issue 2 was a better use of the gimmick for this page.

The 'holding up previous panels' thing is pretty fourth-wall-breaky I guess, but I think it works quite well for this scene. Kinda like holding up evidence in a Phoenix Wright style courtroom battle, at least that's the intent. :p

Got an early start on this year's Valentines piece. I really enjoyed the lil' 4koma+pinup style used for 2018 Valentines and Easter pics, so felt like revisiting it. Patreon, Twitter and Pixiv will of course get the left version, while DA gets the right. (Well, PT/TW/PX get both, really!) So, a little cleanup and this should be good to go on the 14th.

Avid readers of Escapades will remember that Issue 2 began with Aer pointing out the potential pros of being stuffed into a padded cell ("Nice and quiet, no stress... maybe I'd even get a good night's sleep, for once"). Early versions of the script had her elaborate a little further, likening it to a stay at a hotel ("the entire room is like one big mattress... meals delivered to your door..."). ;)

Started out as a mere shiny experiment, snowballed into whatever this is. Threw on a 'universe' picture over the (initially just black) dress at the last minute and it totally transformed the pic. So, didn't actually get what I initially wanted from the experiment, but still ended up with something nice. I'll take what I can get!

Sylvia & Ana (the antagonists of Escapades Issue 3) weren't the "nighttime visitors dressed in red and white" that Wossy and Aeria were expecting when they went to bed on Christmas Eve. Nor were they expecting to end up being wrapped up in blankets and tape, likely to spend the rest of the night in the back of a van!
