Peridot Art & Morgan Loop & Daisy x Prism | Friday Update

The Daisy rough is done. We'll have to wait a few weeks for the audio, unfortunately. I will start on cleanup where I can so there's no delay. The final rough is attached below!

Had to travel this week, so things were a little crazy. I played around with doing a Peridot loop but had to settle on a little art set. There are three images, I hope you enjoy it!

We're almost done with the Daisy rough! I should be done early next week. Once I have this out for audio, I'm going to work on another little loop. I haven't decided what yet, let me know if you have any ideas -- we'll probably discuss it on the discord, so drop by!

After I was done with the Princes Bubblegum audio I spent the rest of the week working on the Daisy short. I'm making some good progress. :)

WHAT'S NEXT: I'm going to get through the rough on the Daisy short as quickly as I can. Once it's done I'll take a break with another little loop while I get the voice work done.

The Spookiest | Friday Update

I was feeling bit down this week, so I worked a bit on The Spookiest and finished out the rough for the current sequence. 

This is the last chunk of work I'm going to do on The Spookiest for a while. I am going to focus on some smaller shorts, at least until my health improves. We'll start with that little Daisy short I thumbnailed last week. :D

Most of this week was spent working on The Spookiest. Had another serious strain so I need to chill out this weekend. I've been waffling on what I want to do for the next mini. I will definitely figure it out for next week though. :)

I thought about working on another Heckapoo loop this week, but knocked out about a minute of The Spookiest instead. It's hard to stay away from it. Check out the full WIP attached below. :)

The Spookiest & Claire Mini | Friday Update

We're overdue for another mini so I spent some time working on a little Claire transformation animation. It'll have a few scenes when it is done. We've also got a Fink & Dendy doodle! I'll have to put this in queue to finish later.

Cold weather is still kicking my ass. I just need to be careful I don't strain myself. Things should get better once it warms up. :)

The Spookiest | Friday Update

I got everything organized and I am now 7 scenes deep into the rough The Spookiest. Work for the audio and music has been commissioned and is on its way.

Winter is really rough on me and I have been pushing myself a little too hard. So no extra art for this week I'm afraid. I'm not going to give up on weekly doodles though. 

Speaking of which, how have y'all been feeling about weekly art? I've been enjoying the little breaks. Its good practice too. :)

The Spookiest | Friday Update

I spent the week finishing up references. Again, not the most exciting stuff, but we're done with it now. The weather has been kicking my ass so I ended a little early this week. I did make some time to rough out scene 1, experiment with a simple rig for Jaz, and line a little FP still. :)

WHAT'S NEXT: I'll finish that FP piece. I'll get started on rough and cleanup for The Spookist ...and I'm planning on a Daisy mini featuring a whole rainbow of Daisy clones. It should be 2-3 minutes l...

The Spookiest | Friday Update

After I finished the Loona x Millie animation, I spent the rest of the week going through the retakes for The Spookiest -- everything is in and the timing is now locked! I have started contacting people to get audio, music, and color work done. Meanwhile I've been finishing up references so we can begin animation.

I know a lot of this isn't terribly exciting, but it's all necessary work. I did do some little plush Claire doodles, so I hope you enjoy that. :D
