This week I finished the cleanup for scenes 20 through 25. 21 was especially challenging, the rough was very rough. I'm very happy with how it came out though!

It's been a busy holiday week! I got through cleanup on scenes 15, 17, 18, and 19. These, again were very rough so they took a bit of time to get through. I'll be back into this proper next week!

Just working my way through cleanup. Scenes 10 through 13 were completed this week along with a few corrections to earlier scenes. Scene 13 was very rough and needed a lot of work, but I'm really happy with out how it came out! Thankfully, there aren't many scenes like this.
I also spent a bit of time this week sketching out some ideas for the next short. I'm considering an arcade idea featuring Jaz and Daisy. I'll try to post some sketch pages next week.

This week I took a few scenes, each representing a different color set up, all the way to finished composite. This is just to work out any problems before moving ahead with cleanup. These aren't final, but it's close to what the finished video will look like. :)

The rough for Stuffed 2 is locked down! It's done! I finished up the rough redo for scenes 4 and 5. Spent the back half of the week getting everything sorted, checking all the scenes, exporting as images, checking and exporting final audio splits, double checking, re-checking, fixing, and finally exporting everything!

This week got cut a little short due to the holiday, but I still got through a fair bit. The redo for scene 16 was completed and I got through most of scene 3. Some timing changes and minor corrections were made to scenes 4, 14, 18, 19, and 20.
WHAT'S NEXT: All that's left is completing scene 3 and the redo of scene 5! Then it's on to cleanup and paint. Music and SFX is already underway. :)
This week I finished up the redo of scene 31. There were a TON of other little revisions and fixes, but the biggest changes was a redo of scenes 6 and 8, the removal of scene 7, the addition of two new scenes before scene 12, and a significant revision of scene 12. I'm much more comfortable with the pacing through this section.
There are still revisions slated for scenes 14, 16, 19, and 20. All of these are pretty minor. The biggest will be reanimations of scenes 3 and 5. I wasn't in a ...

After I finished up that Jaz loop I jumped straight into revisions. I started with some tweaks to scenes 29-33. After fussing with it for a bit, I decided to move ahead with a redo on scene 31. Almost done with this one, I'll finish it up early next week.

The rough for scenes 63 through 69 are done! 69 is the credits!
I still have some revisions to complete before everything is locked down and cleanup, paint, and FX can start. Still, I made it to the end! I might take a short break with a little loop project next week before getting started.

I finished last week's dancing scene (scene 54) and another new, very messy scene (scene 55.) I worked on some revisions to 52/53, I think I'm finally happy with this sequence!

Finished up scene 53 and roughed out some fixes for scene 52. It just wasn't working very well. I got through most of scene 54 (the dancing doll scene.) This one looks simple, but man was is a doozy. I'll finish this up next week then it's on to the 'good' stuff and the ending! There will be some revisions to some scenes in the intro and then the rough will be done!

The roughs for scenes 50 and 51 (verse 3) are done! I went back and spruced up scene 49 too (the pen scene.) It was a bit off. I finished off the week with most of the revision for scene 6. This is part of some continued work on the intro scenes that were off model and not up to snuff with the quality of the later musical sequence scenes. Still working on getting some cleanup started.

It took a bit, but I think we've got scenes 46 though 49 nailed down. This is the second chorus, so it all had to fit in there nice an snug! I worked a bit on revisions and getting ready to bring in cleanup animators.
You probably already noticed, but I took a bit of time this week to work on a quick Jaz loop. How you dudes feel about the style? The thick lines are a little easier to manage.

Working out the scenes for the second chorus. Lot's to do! I've got an important announcement as well:
I've been doing a monthly animation on top of our current short for a while now. As my health has gotten worse, and the shorts have become longer and more involved, It's become harder and harder to cram these little projects in. As a result they're often rushed, I frequently strain myself, and in the end I'm rarely happy with the results.

Two new scenes including an extra gushy one! I also did revisions on scenes 37 though 40. There were a few issues that needed resolved. I'm much happier with this section now!
Our first commissioned scene was finished this week! Scene 56 was done by LNSC (@latenightsexyco)! It's all coming together great!

Got through a big chunk of the rough animation for Stuffed 2 this week. A little work left to be done on these but it's some good progress! Capped the week off with a revision for an earlier scene -- working my way thought these whenever I have the time. :)

Took Monday/Tuesday to get Quinn finished but then it was straight back into work on Stuffed 2!
Scene 38 is finally done. I'm very happy with out how it came out! I thumbnailed scene 39 as well -- I'll get to animating it first thing next week! Then I spent a bit of off time working on some revisions for some earlier scenes.

The ass embiggening scene really kicked my ...ass. But it's done now! I spent part of the week getting some materials ready to bring on some help with the rough animation (got some updated refs attached!) I'm very excited! I also had to do a little Quinn animation for something, so y'all get to enjoy it for a bit before release!
