[Weird][WIP?] Totally Bimbonapped!

Following up on another of the 1-Hour Doodles from last week!

I've gotten into this predicament so many times, you'd almost think I was doing it on purpose... almost. 😷

This is a much-refined version of one of the 1-Hour Doodles I posted the other day:

Pretty big change! Originally I just set out to quickly fix up the face and head, but in the end I redrew almost everything. Whoops! 🤷‍♀️

1-Hour Doodles, pt. 2

A drawing exercise so nice I did it twice! Same rules as before: 10 doodles, exactly one hour spent on each. Also like before, there were some I like and some I don't like. Overall I think I did better this time, though you can probably guess I had some trouble figuring out how to fill the leftover space at the end. More 1-Hour Doodles! These are way too much fun. I think I'm getting a bit better at prioritizing details so I can get something that looks sort of finished within the time limit.

I say "WIP" because while these five are "done," I plan to do another five before posting the new batch to the lower tiers.

A layered gag is kind of an engineering problem if you think about it, right? 😏

I noticed I've been drawing the mouths/stuffers a bit "small" (read: not crazy huge) in most of my more recent sequences. For this one I wanted to change that and make sure Mei got totally STUFFED! I feel like MHA's style kinda lends itself to that Jammy huge mouth...

I thought, "Why not all three?" and decided to make a quick diagram to demonstrate... then I drew a bit more just for fun. 🤐

Drawing exercise: 10 doodles, exactly 1 hour spent on each! (Except Mace Pikachu, that one only took me about a half hour.) Some I kinda like, some I kinda don't like, and most of them are unfinished, but that's the idea - just jazz for an hour and then stop once time is up.

Some artists can draw amazingly fast. I've always been envious of people who can just freely scribble out a bunch of sketches in a half hour like it's nothing. I draw with a mouse and keyboard, so I feel like my pro...
