All Gummed Up
I ruined another pretty picture.
This is how I often feel in my body. My joints are hypermobile so my muscles and fascia get super tight and rigid to try to add compensatory stability to my body, but it gets messy and painful real quick. I found and touched up this photo I took with Benni right before my trip in May. Then I ruined it :)
