*HEALTH UPDATE*
I am not on a break. I am however suffering with a nagging case of tension headaches / tech neck so it has been a bit rough trying to record these past few days. If anyone is familiar with the condition is causes a lot of weakness in the neck during prolonged sitting ( especially at a desk and when you are trying to sleep at night) I have these huge knots in the back of my neck as well that were making it pretty difficult to turn.
