CLUE #1: The Body

The body had a very hard blow to the back of the head, which bled significantly and probably cracked the skull. It also has a gash on the forehead, which seems to correspond to a smear of blood on the edge of the sink, beside the toilet. In your pockets, the guests found:

· A squishy avocado keychain with various keys attached

· Wallet/$32 cash, a credit card, driver’s license, and a business card for Coni and Meg’s podcast

· Scrap of paper with Quinn’s phone number on it

· iPhone 7 (good thing you didn’t upgrade)

You're Invited: Meg's Murder Mystery Birthday Party

On Saturday, May 30th, 2020, you and five other guests entered a party bus that left from the hotel everyone was staying at. Over the course of the night, the bus stopped four separate times. The first stop was for dinner at Les Lis. The next stop was at Flower Moon, a popular bar. Afterward, the group went dancing at Emerald. At the end of the night, the final stop was to drop everyone back at the Hotel Gemini.

Unfortunately, one guest did not survive the night.
That person was you.

Throughout this week, we will reveal the details and clues of Meg's birthday night.
The first person to guess the murderer correctly will win a prize.
The murderer will be revealed on the bonus episode that drops next Monday.

Texarkana’s Phantom Slayer

As kids, we heard the scary story about a couple parked on lover’s lane that narrowly misses their demise. The case of Texarkana’s Phantom Slayer is where that old legend started. Only it’s not a legend. Meg takes you through the real attacks and murders of several couples parked at lover’s lane in 1940’s Texarkana and how they caught the person responsible.
