As you may have noticed there has not been a monthly update this month, it's a bit late to do one now considering the next monthly update is due in 2 weeks :)
Basically I have cut my hours sitting down due to a pain in my side that requires some attention from a scan which I am currently unable to get due to Corvid 19. This is also why the video have been a bit scarce lately.

Sorry to have to cancel again at the last minute but due to the pain I can't sit in a comfortable position to be able to reach my mic. I did try but knew I would not be able to last more than 30mins :( The pain is in my right side and unfortunately I am unable to get a scan due to the corvid 19 lockdown crap.
Lets just give it 7 days and try again next Saturday, once again I really do apologise.
