I've been working on character designs and doing some changes.
Added some more to the image so I checked the "Notify Patrons about this change" box.
Added Meela with a haircut inspired by Viviane's actual shaved section. Meela was partly created by Viviane so I went with that. I didn't give her Viviane's glasses since she's a young werewolf and while I have a werewolf who wears glasses-- Jack and Lyn's dad... I like to think that's due to age.

Reboot
So I've already mentioned it on Discord... but I'm rebooting ZR.
The events of this arc are going to end with a major change to the comic. I'm rebooting it and it's making me super excited to work on ZR again.
The current comic will become the legacy timeline, but nothing that occurred during the legacy timeline will have happened the same way in the new version. Most relationships will be retained so I'm not breaking everyone up for them to find each other again... they just woul...

I've mentioned it on Discord and like Twitter, but my Intuos is dying and it's super frustrating to draw.
Due to that, everything is a struggle so I did something random, i.e.: folks didn't pay for a prompt/commission... Because the drawings aren't coming out 100% to my liking, I didn't want the things paid for explicitly being done until my tools are working again.

(Maho Noir) Text treatment
I want the feel of the comic to be a little different from how I setup ZR, so one way to do that-- in addition to the format being pages instead of strips... will be the fonts.
I'm using different fonts for the dialogue and narration than I do with ZR.
The narration will almost always be from Ran's point of view, so I'm going for a more handwritten aesthetic to those boxes.

I've got Hiveworks going to host the comic site so that's one less headache to worry about.
Gore has been iterated on for NSFW posts over the last couple of years so she wasn't terribly difficult to put a design sketch together. As the image says, she's not in the first five chapters at least-- I've written 60 pages of 12 page chapters and I haven't gotten to where she'd show up. I've drawn Fizee a couple times, but for some reason getting her proportions "right" in a turnaround/line up was difficult and it took awhile to nail her down.
I've got Ran squared away so I don't really need to place her in the sketch... I can add her finished art when the others get to that point.

One of the two police detectives in the new comic.
Adrian is a former military, turned police detective. His tattoo reflects his service.
One of his vices is donuts, trope of cops and donuts on purpose.
He is in shape, but not cut, as he's not going to give up the carbs.
