First drawing done in my new tablet. It's roughly four times larger in both resolution and surface area. Both will take some time fully adapting to. So far I'm absolutely in love with it! Being able to see 100% of the image in a decent enough resolution to fit all the UI elements I use in there... having a super bright color calibrated tablet which eliminated the necessity to use the monitors I was using for color testing... ugh. I want to do some more practice busts/ thigh ups in the value/ gradient map style and I figure why not field you all for your own characters? You know, give back a little.

I'm going to lean towards nude unless specified otherwise so yeah, suggest away! I will pick from whatever is suggested here at random until the end of the month (as time permits!).

Okay so the first one is basically just a regular otter version of a male Mik. It's something that some people have asked I make available for years. Now will be their chance to get one. Maybe. Practice in value colouring/ gradient maps but still did the cleaning/ finishing touches with round hard/ soft brushes. Recorded from start to... most of it. Did a lot of color overlays/ filter work for the actual "finished" version. Still using round brushes... for now.

I am currently prepping the last few PSDs and cutting/ rendering some of the art recordings. Gonna also look around for royalty free music to put in the background and hopefully have a short intro plus a logo to put on them to step up my video production game!

I like the way it came out. It's a sketch->paint style that used no lineart and, believe it or not, a gradient map!

It will become clear when the 2 hour recording goes up.

Tracer Mik Poster sketch process (gif)

Sorry for the lack of content so far.  Front loaded a lot of work I usually do within the given month just to try something different! I figure if I  do lot of the heavy lifting for future works ahead of time I could devote more quality time to building my patreon page and backlog work.

That said, here is what I have for the poster so far! I'm still working out the details before the inks/ colors. I just thought this might be interesting.

Today I start learning animating in Aftereffects and Spine.

I suppose it starts by learning how to rig a character and before you get to there you need character art. And before that you need a design!

Mik Pinup and Judy Hopps PSDs

Quick upload of the PSDs. Did them as an attachments to those who are interested!

These were made in Sai and, like any of the PSDs I've uploaded in the past, there is slight issue with a few blending layers for those who try to view them in Photoshop.

Instituting a voting system for July onwards.

I had some fun doing the drawings I did based off of your suggestions in the past so I think this is what I want to do on the regular now, just like other people are doing on their pages. The way it works isn't going to be set in stone - I will figure it out as I go along - but here is the initial idea.
