Just wrapped up the normal color clodsire as one of the examples for the pattern that will be a reward next month! This will be the last one i make for a while!
I'll be working on the written and video instructions for this plush over the next couple days!
Still working through making this pattern ready for release! I started the normal color Clodsire today and I'm also recording footage of sewing it together to make a video tutorial to go along with the pattern.
I should be able to have this plush finished tomorrow and then I'll be working on the instructions until they're done!
(I always like how he looks at this stage with how funny his legs look when sewn to the belly!)
Today i made a shiny clodsire with joann's pure plush fleece mochi! While my clodsire pattern was designed for 4 way stretch mochi, you can still make it from 2 way, but it wont be as chubby and stretchy.
2 way stretch mochi from joanns is way more accessible to more people though, so i wanted to make sure it at least looked OK!

Today I'm running to a joann's that is much farther away from my normal one to get some mochi since mine is out of the color i need 🙈 even though I'm patterning clodsire using a 4 way stretch mochi i want to see what it looks like using 2 way stretch since its much more readily available!
And I'll also be looking for some other fabric to go with this hat, which is a teaser for January's ditto plush design 👀

Here's the 2nd variant i finished today when working on the clodsire for release!
A couple of really small edits i want to make, but from here I'm waiting to receive the fabric for the normal and shiny versions as examples for the pattern. I'll prob work on the instructions a bit in the meantime!

My original clodsires were made with a mix of 2 way and 4 way stretch mochi. Since i need to pick one or the other for a pattern release I've ordered more fabric for normal & shiny clodsires as examples, but to finalize the pattern for release I'm making a couple fun variants!
I'm so happy i was able to work out the complexities of this pattern to be able to release it! 🥰

The 5th baby in the valentines day pin set! I got a lot of "missed opportunity" comments when i made the plush last vday about making one that says ditto, so i made a pin with the saying!
There is still 1 more but there are issues with the color so they are being remade. I'll share that preview when it's ready!
My life is getting back to normal now so today I'll be editing a video for the cat stockings for my YouTube and some other odds and ends!
Jade and I's weekend project was a nuiMO style plush of her dog character Roy to go with her Biv plush that i made for her a while ago!! So happy we were able to finish it while she was here!

Day 1 of shop fulfillment is almost complete!
After doing many drops by now I've figured out the best method is to do all ditto scents on day 1 and packing orders on day 2.
Since i allow everyone to pick whether they want their ditto scented or not rather than pre-setting a specific number to be scented, that means i cant finish hand sewing dittos shut until everyone's order comes in. It's more cumbersome for me but i know my customers appreciate the flexibility and that's important to ...

Nailed down the ITH pattern for for cat face today. I think it came out cute!! Getting excited to finish these up~

Tomorrow is my holiday shop update so I'm doing the final preparations! One of them is giving all dittos who have embroidery a sponge bath to remove any leftover stabilizer that didn't get ripped off!
