here's the first praying mantis i finished to develop the june pattern reward! his arms are posable via joints and optional additional wire. i have some minor tweaks i need to do to the pattern - likely going to move his pupils downward so he's not looking up so much, and i'm going to try and make him a little more stable on his feet! it's pretty tough with those tiny lil legs and horrible posture!

Hey all, hope you're having a great week! I've been working on the chibi praying mantis pattern for June and today is the first time I've put something together enough to show! I still have a long way to go but I've blocked out all the main shapes I want!
I'll be putting together a completed plush of this pattern and then working on the long cat pattern instructions for release on may 31.

I started a new long cat to test out pattern changes which is matcha latte themed! A lot of my luxe cuddle fabrics are coffee colored and with a touch of a dull green, it was a perfect combo 🤣 hope to have this one finished by the end of the week! I'll be making a mochi minky one as the example for the instructions. After that, I'll be working on the chibi praying mantis pattern for June!

here's the first long baby i've made while developing the pattern reward for may! i have some edits to make to the pattern & embroidery, but i ran out of the main fabric i was using for this fella so i had to stop tweaking it 🤣 they're made with luxe cuddle minky, puffy mochi paw pads, and a big ol' bell! 🔔
before finishing the long cat pattern, i'll be finishing up the instructions for the hot dog dog pattern reward which comes out next week on april 30!

Happy wednesday! I made this mochi hot dog over the last couple days to take photos for the instructions for this pattern! You can see the difference between 3mm shannon minky and mochi in the other photos - so, maybe more of a sausage 🤣
