I've decided to live-stream on December 17th AM10:00~PM9:00 (GMT+8). The poll was poorly engaged and I'm not entirely sure why. But please feel free to tell me in the comment section so I can improve it next time!
Anyway, the only overlapped date from the two participants is 17th. So 17th it is!! I'll be streaming basically all day, drawing new pages from "White Lies" (because Reversed Hankcon won the live-stream poll) and maybe some unfinished request.

I've tried out twitch, youtube, pixiv and discord for streaming. And I decided to use pixiv for this month because it's easy to use and it can be set as a private stream.
